Lightweight and high-efficiency flexible CIGS thin-film solar cells 'FlexSolar 03 Series Custom Model' that can be custom-ordered to fit embedded products and installation locations. In order to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 and reduce greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide (CO2) emitted from businesses and households, we offer customizable flexible CIGS thin-film solar cells for independent power sources and embedded power products that can be used in homes, offices, and public facilities, starting from 50W up to 100 panels (for systems under 100W, a total generation capacity of 10kW or more). This product is a custom panel that adopts lightweight and flexible CIGS thin-film solar modules manufactured by MiaSole*, which boasts a world-class maximum efficiency of 15%. It can be installed on windows, balconies, walls, and vehicles, allowing for power generation even in disaster prevention or outdoor situations where power is unavailable. It can receive sunlight and generate electricity from a wide range even when installed flat. Furthermore, it can also be installed on curved carports, greenhouses, dome houses, and more.

・ Safe, Low-Temp, and Impurity-Free Sulfurization Technology ・ Innovative n-Type SnS Thin Films for Next-Gen Solar Cells

Thin-film solar cells using SnS (tin sulfide) offer the following advantages: ・Free of toxic elements such as Cd and Te. ・Composed of abundant and inexpensive elements (Sn and S). ・Efficient light absorption at a thickness of just 2–3 μm (compared to ~500 μm for silicon). ・A conversion efficiency of 25.3% has been reported for homo p-n junctions. However, achieving high-efficiency SnS solar cells with a homo p-n junction requires n-type SnS thin films, which have been technically challenging to fabricate. In this invention, inventor successfully synthesized n-type SnS thin films for the first time using a novel sulfurization technique based on sulfur plasma. This breakthrough is expected to enable the realization of homojunction SnS solar cells in the future.
